1. Throughout event, using a hand held HD camera with photography lens, professional light and shotgun boom microphone, capture 10-60 second casual interviews with participants, volunteers, donors, key organizers and board members asking questions like these:

1. Why is this organization important to you personally?
2. What does this organization do and why are you a supporter?
3. What would you tell someone about this event and why they should support this organization and come to this event?

2. Throughout event using professional HD handheld video camera with photography lens, capture 2-5 second shots of all event activities to be matched with interviews:
  
Pre -Event: Volunteers setting up, participants arriving, registration, getting ready for start
During Event: Start to Finish all event activities from various angles and locations
Presentations: Opening ceremonies, keynote speaker, awards and any other presentations
Post -Event:- Closing ceremonies, raffles, drawings, group photos and all other post activities

Charitable Giving Video Editing Includes:
- Review and edit out best of interview footage and combine into one video, and arrange order of relevance- Edit out best shots of all event activities and match to interview voice over- Resize and crop interviews, add video and audio enhancements and transitions and effects- Search and add appropriate background music and logo in corner of screen throughout- Provide client with edited hd web ready video file to download and add to youtube etc.
