2. AUDIENCE TESTIMONIAL VIDEO

After showcase during the break, using a hand held HD camera with photography lens and shotgun boom microphone, capture casual interviews with audience members asking them:

1. What will you take away from what you just heard?

2. Was the speaker engaging, what did you like about the way they presented?
3. What would you tell someone what you heard from the speaker?
4. Who else would be a good audience to hear the speaker?


- Review and edit out best of audience testimonial footage and combine into one video
- Arrange order of relevance and edit out best shots of speaking from keynote, audience and other footage like book signing 
- Provide edited hd web ready video file to download and add to youtube etc.

3. SPEAKER / CONSULTANT INTERVIEW

- Conduct 30 minute interview with speaker asking the following questions using a green screen and 3-4 camera angles:


1. Why are you an expert in your field, what are some of your most regarded credentials?

2. What is the value you bring to your audience, what will they take away from your presentation?

3. Why should an meeting planner hire you, how are you different than other speakers?

4. What have meeting planners said about you, what are some of you best testimonies?

5. Any other benefits that your audience or clients will gain from your presentation or coaching, or final comments?


- Sync up multiple video camera angles and edit out best takes and switch camera angles like” talk show”

- Add office or other professional background, or logo animation to green screen footage
- Transcribe entire edited interview for client to review and client provides sound bytes to be edited together into 2-5 minute video

- Provide a dropbox for client to add logos, best photos, images, video clips and other graphics and medias are added to interview

- Provide client with edited hd web ready video file to download and add to youtube etc.

7. LOGO ANIMATION INTRO OUTRO

Just like your print materials and your website with your logo, video also needs to branded with your logo and other graphics.  Speaker provides as high resolution logo as possible and it is edited into an animation that bookends the speaker profile video at the beginning and end to further brand the video to match with your website and print materials.


- separate all logo layers and redesign to fit 1920x1080- using after affects add motion to all logo layers adding transitions and special effects- select music and sound effects - Add logo to end start and end of videos

Client provides approved 3 written testimonies (50 words max each) 

 

- rewrite existing testimonials, shorten and highlight key messages and design title for each testimony 3 max

- design testimony image backdrop graphic and combine with testimony graphic and add motion (animation)

- Client provides 140 word script for 1 minute of voice over recording and videomystory pays voice over talent charges

- Edit voice over file from professional recording and add background music
- Using a dropbox, client adds logos, best photos, images, video clips and other graphics or media related to brand
- Edit voice over to match shots from best video footage, photos, graphics and other sources
- Enhance colors, add effects and logo in the corner throughout the video
