1. Write Voice Over Script (1 minute)

Using this example as a template write a maximum of 140 script that will be audio recorded by a professional voice over talent:

logos and graphics

past speaking clips - avi, wmv, quicktime any format

list of youtube video links

list of links to tv appearances videos



3. Select Speaking Sound Bytes

(1-3 minutes)

From one or more good quality speaking engagement videos client reviews speaking engagement footage and provides list of exact in and out times of sound bytes to be combined with the voice over.   Select a total of 3-5 short sound bytes, 20 seconds - 2 minutes in length .   If high quality content video does not exist, video can be captured using a virtual stage or actual speaking engagement with 3 camera angles.

4. Audience Testimonies

If available edit footage from a speaking engagement where interviews are gathered asking audience the following questions or panel of people who watch video of you speaking and talk about their take aways:


1. What will you take away from what you just heard?

2. Was the speaker engaging, what did you like about the way they presented?

3. What would you tell someone what you heard from the speaker?







5. Logo Branding

Just like your print materials and your website with your logo, video also needs to branded with your logo and other graphics.  Speaker provides as high resolution logo as possible and it is edited into an animation that bookends the speaker profile video at the beginning and end.  A smaller version of your logo is also added to the corner of the profile video to further brand the video to match with your website and print materials.
