As a professional, author, speaker, consultant, coach or business you may have lot’s of content that can quickly be transformed into short 1-2 minute YouTube videos that you can post on social medias accounts and drive web traffic to your website and increase your subscribers, credibility and help you develop a connection with your clients that can lead to more sales and bookings.

SPECIFIC INSTRUCTIONS
1. Teleprompter Scripting
MAXIMUM 280 WORD SCRIPTS - 2 minutes max.

Email scripts 24 hours before filming date so we have enough time to load it into the teleprompter. MAKE SURE it reads exactly how you want to say it as well as correct punctuation so when filming there is nothing to distract you and you can focus on delivery and tone. A word document or text in an email is a good format. If you are going with no script impromptu but be sure you can complete your videos verbally so when filming there are no pauses and unnecessary edits. Also if you go impromptu you may use a powerpoint, be sure to bring your own laptop and clicker.


2. Filming Attire Think about wearing outfits that brand you and compliment your website colors.
Recommended number of outfits for 24 videos = 4-6 outfit changes every 6 videos, only top - no pants or shoe change necessary.  IF USING A GREEN SCREEN -DO NOT WEAR GREEN - because of the green screen anything green will be invisible and you don’t want any invisible body parts.

3. Green Screen Backgrounds Here is where it gets fun as we will be designing a custom background using your logo and branding colors, or you can choose to use the virtual office backgrounds. Note others group vlog participants may have the same virtual background so to stay unique custom logo background is the way to go!

SEND LOGO NOW!  Sometime between now and the filming date please send your highest resolution logo and any other design documents that have your branding graphics and logo. Or email dan@videomystory.com and attached highest resolution logo you have. Please put in subject line your name and the word logo.

4. Payment A lot of set up time has been invested and to ensure your video editing gets started right away, please pay invoice at time of filming with a check or if easier feel free to pay online. Please pay online at www.videomystory.com/pay


5. Deliverables We will do our best to have all the separate video files ready in a weeks time but in most cases 10-14 days. Once completed you will be provided a dropbox folder link where you can easily download, share and watch all your videos. Video files are HD and formatted for youtube and will also work playing on laptops etc.
